47RH 47RE 48RE The BEST input shaft on the Market! This is the standard input shaft for any transmission builds over 1000hp. This shaft has been used in Greg A's transmission putting down over 3300HP & 3000+ftlbs to the tires! This shaft has seen the extremes of 1.17 60' times and used in the 48re record holding runs of Phillip Franklin's 4.88 at 4500lbs! This shaft is a forged from a single piece of 300M, austempering heat treated and the finished off with a shot peen and polish. Due to the larger diameter of the shaft, a matching stator support is included. Unlike competing shafts, this stator support is designed in oem fashion and does not have rubber sealing rings on the support face that can fail and create cross leaks. The clutch hub is taller than oem allowing you to fit an extra direct clutch. This kit includes a billet apply piston for this reason. This is a larger diameter shaft with a spline count of 35. Your torque converter must be built with proper 35 spline turbine hub to utilize this shaft.
